Alexandra Wax

Alexandra Wax, M.Ed

Alexandra entered the world of admissions in 2004, beginning in test preparation. She has thousands of hours of experience teaching and tutoring the SAT and ACT, as well as a wide variety of other standardized tests, and has been honored to contribute original material to test prep resources for The Princeton Review, McGraw-Hill, Crimson Education, OrangeBook, and others. A Certified Performance Specialist, she is also equipped with tools to help students beat anxiety and nerves on test day.

Informed by her past as a full-time English teacher and drawing on her own experiences as a published author to help students craft essays, Alexandra's college admissions expertise has been honed over work with hundreds of students who have applied successfully to over 700 different colleges and universities with her guidance, including highly selective institutions both nationally and internationally.
